歐盟將首次對中國銅版紙征反補貼關稅

中國與歐盟的貿易摩擦愈演愈烈，3月31日，歐盟成員國投票支持對中國進口銅版紙徵收為期五年、最高39.1%的關稅。此議案一旦獲歐委會通過，將是歐盟首次向中國出口製成品徵收反補貼稅，意味著歐盟有意跟隨美國，對全球第一大出口國採取更激進的措施。
本台綜合消息，這項反補貼關稅將從5月17日實施，它將取代自去年底開始實施的臨時性關稅。歐盟執行委員會指責中國非法向國內銅版紙生產商提供補貼，令有關生產商以低廉價格向歐盟市場傾銷銅版紙。
據法廣報導，歐盟是中國銅版紙主要出口國，每年進口貨值約40億歐元。銅版紙主要用於雜誌、目錄及其它高檔次出版物。
歐洲製造商去年投訴中國企業以低於市場價獲得融資和廠房，令他們在貿易上處於不公平地位，歐盟委員會於四月就此展開調查。
據《金融時報》報道，歐盟委員會3月31日在布魯塞爾的會議上，投票支持對中國銅版紙「雙征」：12％的反補貼稅和8%反傾銷稅。有關投票不具約束力，議案有待歐委會5月17日最終投票表決確認。早前已有外電報道，有關反補貼稅將為期五年。
